The House - This stunning Salamander two story home has four bedrooms and is located near the shores of the bay. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by the warm wooden flooring, and the abundance of natural light through the many large windows. Down the hallway is the open living plan with the living, kitchen and dining areas all equipped with stylish modernised furniture. Within the contemporary, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, full fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee pod machine (pods not included), and a gas stove top. The property offers the choice of dining inside or outside on the patio. There's room for the whole family within the living room with the comfortable lounges, split air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. The gorgeous potted and hanging succulents placed around the house gives it that real homely feel. The large fenced grassed yard is open to all your entertaining needs, with a gas BBQ and tasteful patio furnishings.
The two downstairs bedrooms feature the queen bed and twin singles, while the two upstairs bedrooms have king beds, all equipped with celling fans. There is a small bathroom adjacent to one of the king bedrooms with a shower and toilet. The lighter wooded white theme gives an airier feel to the rooms, all decorated in a minimalistic artistic fashion.
The main downstairs bathroom offers a spacious and luxurious shower. The house also offers an internal laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
There is a garage onsite not for use, however, this property has a carport available, as well as a driveway big enough to fit your car and boat if you choose to sail in the bay.

The house looked amazing from the photos however upon arrival we were beyond disappointed. the 'ensuite' upstairs isn't actually one, it's outside the bedroom and is the smallest bathroom I have ever seen, it was unuseable not to mention the toilet didn't flush upstairs and when we called the repair number given there was no answer, luckily one of the people staying was a tradie and fixed it himself. There is also no airconditioning upstairs and makes it really difficult to sleep in during summer. Also, we wanted to use the BBQ, when we opened it, it was still dirty and it had no gas left. Overall the photos make the house look much bigger then it is.
