For those who know and love holidaying in Lorne, most appreciate the difficulty in finding that perfect beach home with treetop ocean views, multiple indoor and outdoor living zones and most importantly, easy walking distance to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Wave house has all this and more.

Located a mere 200m from the beating heart of town, Wave House is the perfect place to kick off your shoes and relax.  The home spans two stories with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces.  Open plan living upstairs takes in classic Otway forest water views. Polished timber floors, open fire and exceptionally well equipped kitchen set this space apart. The two king bedrooms up top are well appointed with super comfortable beds and modern styling. Venturing downstairs finds a second living / tv room flanked by two more bedrooms and main bathroom. 

The north side of the home has balconies on both levels.  One taking in the sun and featuring outdoor dining and the other below sheltered from the weather and set up as a bit of a games zone with day bed and pool table. 

Other features include off street parking, Zeigler & Brown gas bbq, split system air conditioning, Wifi, smart Tvs, outdoor shower and more.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
