The Location - Beautifully renovated, this modern 2 level townhouse is perfectly located in one of the most sought after areas in Noosa - Noosa Parade in Noosa Sound! And it is only a short 5 minute walk over to iconic Hastings St and Noosa Main Beach. Alamode Unit 2 is not only well priced and tastefully furnished, it is also pet-friendly. The perfect accommodation for your Noosa getaway!
The Townhouse – The property is positioned in the centre of a small block of only three units. It has cool polished concrete floors downstairs with timber and carpet upstairs and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. The upper level contains the bedrooms, ensuites, queen bed and a balcony off each bedroom. Master bedroom has a private balcony, walk-in robe, ensuite with double vanity, large glass frameless shower. Lower level consists of kitchen, living and laundry with bifold and sliding doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor flow at both front and back.
Downstairs, the lounge room offers a sofa bed - if this is required for sleeping for young children please advise at time of making the booking and call the Noosa Office to confirm direct with out staff.
The kitchen is fully equipped with F&P Dish Drawer single drawer dishwasher, large stainless steel 2-door fridge, under-bench oven & electric cook top, plus a microwave can also be found. There is a brand new Breville Nespresso Essenza Mini Solo coffee pod machine , so please bring your favourite compatible coffee pods! The laundry has a new Electrolux front loading washing machine and Electrolux clothes dryer too.
The living area features a 43-inch Hisense HD TV with sound bar and wireless sub-woofer. The unit also has Free NBN Wifi and an inverter air conditioner and ceiling fans in bedrooms.
The outdoor area is paved and has feature at front of property and a timber deck and outdoor shower and water feature at the rear. There is also a Weber Gas BBQ.
This fully fenced property has a secure gated entry front & rear and manicured gardens. Car parking is at the rear for one car under a shade sail.
This property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 Small dogs. Pet Etiquette rules must be adhered to and you must supply your own dog bed for the pooch to sleep downstairs. Pet Fee required for 2 x small dogs, no other pet type allowed - $100 + GST and price is per stay.
This is a NO smoking property. Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00 am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

Beautiful townhouse close to Hastings Street
We had a wonderful Easter staying in this lovely townhouse with our little Maltese. Loved the decor and attention to detail. The location was perfect, so close to Hastings Street and the beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
