This unit is located on the second floor offering fully equipped kitchen plus open plan living and dining area. The living features wi-fi, flat screen TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Take in the views whilst preparing a meal or sitting on the balcony and enjoying a glass of bubbly.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower, vanity & toilet. There is also a separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Situated only 50m to Shoal Bay Beach, approx 300m to Little Beach or only 500m to Shoal Bay Shops, Restaurants and Cafes this property is perfect for that family holiday!
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Please note this property includes sheets and towel, however you are required to bring beach towels.

Amazing location
This place makes me want to come back each and every weekend. The view of the ocean each morning is to die for, the peace and quiet of the location and listening to the wave crash against the shore is dreamy. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The apartment is a 10 min walk to little beach with an incredible seafood restaurant on the water and a 15min wall to Shoal Bay where you'll find all the amenities and a lovely walk up Mount Tomaree which gives stunning views. A very short drive to Nelson Bay too where you'll find a woollies, cafes and little boutique shops.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful stay
Wow, what a way to wake up. Sitting on the balcony, 30metres away from the beach, listening to the morning chorus of waves and the birds singing.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and comes along with everything you need from linen, towels and kitchen equipment.
The apartment is very clean, homely and we had a very comfortable stay.
A short 15min walk to Shoal Bay where you will find shops, a country club and restaurants. A 5 min drive to Nelson’s Bay where the boats leave, coffee shops, boutique shops and a Woolworths.
Perfect location. I also recommend a short walk to little beach and visiting the Boat House for amazing seafood and cocktails.

Very tired apartment
Not what we were expecting from the advertised photos. Very dissapointed in overall apartment, cleanliness, smells damp, old furniture, lights don't even work. Great view but that's about it!

Extremely tired unit
Unfortunately this unit needs A LOT of work to bring it up to standard. Don’t be fooled by the photos advertised. Only thing going for it is the wonderful view but we paid top $$$ for this. Rotting window sills, filthy windows & glass doors, mould and dilapidated furniture was visually displeasing. Consider carefully before paying $1800 a week!

Please be advised that these issues have been attended to. New photos have been taken, our maintenance team has been booked to fix window sill, and the furniture checked, which is actually in good condition.

Nice apartment with great view
The property is located in a quiet area, has a great view and is only a stone's throw away from the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
