Here, you & your family/friends can enjoy a relaxing day just swimming, surfing or fishing along the fantastic coastline that extends from Marengo around to Apollo Bay and beyond. Perfect. There is an easy walking track that links Marengo to Apollo Bay where you can view the pristine beaches that link with the ocean as you enjoy your leisurely stroll.

Constructed over 2 levels, the ground floor offers bedding configurations for 4 guests as well as a games room complete with table tennis table, sitting area outside and a third bathroom.

The 1st level provides you with open plan living, dining & kitchen areas. There is also a sunroom that flows out onto a large deck area where you can enjoy a BBQ while soaking up those ocean views. You will also find the main bathroom on this level together with 4 x bedrooms (all with ceiling sweep fans), the main with ensuite. The separate laundry also features on this level.
