A very well positioned location, lacking a safe rail system on the balcony for children & no bars on the window. Also this unit could do with an aircon.

our holiday in Sawtell was very pleasant despite the unit being unsatisfactory. In it's current condition this unit should not be in the letting pool. the windows and screens in the 2 bedrooms and especially the kitchen were filthy and need to be attended . The sliding door from the lounge to the balcony did not function and was not lockable ,better security such as a dead lock should be in stalled on the front door. The vertical drapes in the lounge and main bedroom are beyond there use by date and should be replaced. The only decent thing about this unit was the kitchen. A garage was available but no device to open the security gate was supplied despite my request. The lounge furniture needs a thorough cleaning . There was a very unpleasant odour in the unit as well .I would not describe this unit as value for money in fact I believe it is over the top considering the state of the unit. we stayed with this company a year ago and was very satisfied with them on that occasion but this experience was the complete opposite.
