Welcome to Surfmist, a beautifully designed contemporary beach house in Aireys Inlet that comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people. This stunning property is located on the highly desired beach side of Aireys Inlet and offers a range of features for a memorable stay.

With four bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs), two luxurious bathrooms, and a powder room, a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with lounge areas on either end and outdoor decks on three sides, there’s room for the whole family.

Enjoy the convenience of a central location with views of the ocean through the treetops. No need for the car, as 'The Top Shops’ are close by. Visit the Gin Kitchen, La Comptoir french deli and wine, the General Store, A la Grecque restaurant, the Aireys Pub, and the Eagles Nest Art Gallery. During peak season, the Aireys Inlet Sunday Market, operates every Sunday. This is a great place to pick up provisions whilst supporting the local community and is located just around the corner.

Surfmist is just a 6-minute walk away from the famous clifftop. Don't forget to bring your beach towel, as Sandy Gully Beach is only 2 minutes further. If you continue walking, you can visit the renowned Airey's Inlet lighthouse or turn left to discover Sunnymeade Beach, a local hidden gem.

No matter the season, Surfmist ensures your comfort with ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout the house. For cozy winter nights, there's a wood fire in the living room and a fire pit outside. Stay connected with the outside world through the smart TV equipped with Netflix, Disney, and dependable WIFI.

Surfmist is the perfect coastal escape for families or couples seeking a getaway. However, please note that this property is spread across 3 levels with multiple stairs, so it may not be suitable for small children or individuals with mobility issues.
