The Belle of Sorrento. This is a generous beachside retreat. Generous not only in the proportions of the property, the owners of St Maarten also generously share their flair and gorgeous collections from all over the world. The decor is eclectic, yet has a sense of warmth and comfort. St Maarten is set on a double block which gives mammoth proportions and a feeling that you are on your own private parkland. The garden is divine. The sense of peace and privacy is beautiful - solitude and absolute comfort, yet only moments away from the faster pace of the Sorrento Village. Also only located 200 metres from the beautiful Diamond Bay Beach! St Maarten is perfect for an intimate retreat or a fabulous property to spend the holidays with family and friends. Anyone who loves the Mediterranean and provincial Europe will be in heaven at St Maarten. You really could be anywhere in the world!
* Living and Dining *
Where do we start? St Maarten has many living zones depending on the weather or perhaps your mood. In total there are 6 living zones. The main living zone is centred in the property and is certainly the hub. A large open plan lounge with open fire, dining, and kitchen leads through large glass doors onto an extremely large and elevated deck with views of the park-like gardens and tennis court. The deck has a lovely alfresco setting with BBQ and sun lounges. The western wing at St Maarten hosts a fabulous club lounge with the latest in sound systems, billiard table, and entertainment equipment. The club room is large - again with eclectic furnishings and beautiful views over the garden and swimming pool. St Maarten comes with a self-contained studio that is fully decked out with a lounge room, kitchenette, and separate bedroom. Again the studio has all the creature comforts as well as loads of interesting furniture and collectibles. The swimming pool, garden, and tennis courts are also considered living zones and are available whenever you feel like using any of them. The depth, contrast, and quality of St Maarten is amazing. This property has a feeling that is difficult to describe, however really quite heavenly!
* Bed and Bath *
St Maarten most comfortably sleeps 10 - but can accommodate up to 11 guests!
Bedroom 1 - the Master Suite has a King bed (which can be separated to form 2 x King Singles) also a Single Trundle bed for an additional child, ensuite with separate powder room and French doors that open onto the deck area with views over the tennis court. This suite is incredibly large and has its own TV and reading chair. It is a gorgeous room with a bright and sunny aspect - a perfect place to retreat!
Bedroom 2 - includes a Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - includes a King Bed
Both bedrooms 2 & 3 are located adjacent to the Club Room and share a central bathroom.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 - are contained within the attached studio. The main bedroom is open plan to the lounge area and is configured with a Double Bed. When you walk through the double bedroom, still within the Studio, you will find another separate bedroom that has 2 x Single beds. Both of these rooms also share another central bathroom.
* Please note: if you have more than 10 guests staying at the property i.e. 11 in total, an additional $ 25 extra per night will be charged.

Amazing holiday at St Maarten
This is our fourth stay at St Maarten, and it was yet another amazing experience. The home offers everything you could ever want for a fun,relaxing and comfortable holiday, and the indoor and outdoor areas are packed with things to do for the whole family.\r\n\r\nWe adore coming here very year and love the location of home being so close to Diamond Bay back beach. A huge thank you to the owners and Verve for an amazing stay at St Maarten, we can\\'t wait for our next stay!

Well equipped, aesthetically pleasing.
Well equipped, aesthetically pleasing, loved it all. Would highly recommend this property, it has everything (pool, beautiful deck overlooking the garden and tennis court) and it's easy to find a quiet spot if it's busy in the pool. Close to Diamond Bay and other walks. Quiet area, friendly neighbours. Love the eclectic collection scattered throughout the house, very homely.

A great place to stay!
A great place to stay. The outdoor area in particular is fantastic. Huge grass area, great pool, tennis court and trampoline a huge hit with our kids. House great for families as have different wings/living areas to create a sense of space. Would definitely stay again.

A very enjoyable place to stay
There are not many places where you can take 3 children and a dog and *everyone* is happy, but St Maarten delivered! The pool and pool table was a big hit and we definitely enjoyed the big back yard and deck with the summer sun shining. We will be back again for sure!

We enjoyed an amazing 5 days at St Maarten!
We just enjoyed an amazing 5 days at St Maarten that we won't soon forget. We are 3 families (6 adults and 5 kids) and the room configuration was perfect. We loved using the different living zones, the trampoline especially was a highlight for the kids! The backyard was perfect for adults to be about to sit on the deck and relax while observing the kids playing. The pool was well hidden away, which is good with young kids around. We enjoyed a dip on one of the days we were luck enough to get warm weather. The pool room is great, and the Sonos Bluetooth speakers connecting to each different room was a nice touch.

Great for families!
Fantastic holiday home, great for families. Lots of private areas on the property to have some quite time. Lots of games for the kids and the tennis courts and trampoline were a real hit, as was the pool. Highly recommended for large families.

Great Family Holiday House
I booked St Maarten 5 months ago and I\'m so glad I did. The house is large with multiple living spaces that give you privacy even when staying with a large family. Great for the kids, the never stopped playing tennis, swimming and jumping on the trampoline. The house has absolutely everything provided including a massive variety of kids games. I can\'t recommend this place enough. We will be back.

This is the most amazing house that we all loved!
It was perfect from the time of arrival with a lovely welcome pack of goodies to greet us and then the arrival mid-stay of an inflatable swan for the kids to play with in the beautiful pool - so thoughtful and the kids were just delighted. The house was perfect for our family with all the amenities you could wish for. Just excellent. Cant rate it highly enough. It was a most relaxing holiday and we will definitely stay again.

Incredibly suited and set up to delight every age!
Our family stayed at the St Maartens property together and it was incredibly suited and set up to delight every age, from my 3 year old to my 85 year old Nana. What a beautiful house! The tennis court, trampoline and back deck were very well used. \r\nThe Verve service was very impressive. Thank you for being so responsive and considerate. We were amazed with how quickly your responses to our queries were returned.

Every luxury was thought of!
We had the pleasure of staying at St Maartens with our family and bridal party for our wedding weekend. The space and activities to entertain everyone - Especially the trampoline for our flower girl. \r\nEvery luxury was thought of. Especially happy with the amenities in the kitchen, that allowed for catering for the whole group. Plenty of plates and glasses!\r\nSo impressed with customer service from the ladies at Verve.
