A floor to ceiling tiled new ensuite is provided and completed by a private balcony provides you with an additional area to enjoy another aspect of the view to the panoramic views.
Second Bedroom:
Two Single beds with a built in robe and a large window facing the crystal clear waterfront provides further views and a very comfortable room for guest.
An internal laundry and double lock up garage is provided for your convenience and the security to leave your car/s. The garage will not accommodate high cars/4WDs. (access to unit via Brown Lane). There are stairs leading down from the garage to the entrance to this unit.
Please note: while linen is supplied, the beds will not be made at the property and you will be required to make your own beds.

amazing view
Beautiful relaxing spot. Huge balcony with BBQ and fully renovated unit. The only downfall is we would of like more direction as to the laneway you go down and which carport was ours and indeed how to get into our unit. In daylight it may of been a lot easier but after dark it was quite a process after a 5 hour trip. That said the collecting of the key afterhours from the office was one of the easiest afterhours pickups I have done
