The Location - This property is located right across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, with crystal clear waters and white sands it is the perfect holiday destination for anyone looking for beauty, fun and relaxation. Shoal Bay beach offers great swimming and you can hire kayaks, stand up paddle boards (open everyday during the high seasons of school holidays, long weekends and Easter) and bicycles. On your door step you have the energetic atmosphere of Shoal Bay, where you will find a delicious selection of places to eat and drink along the waterfront. Continuing on to the eastern end of the bay is the magnificent Tomaree National Park with spectacular views from the top of Tomaree Mountain. Just a 5 minute drive in the opposite direction brings you to Nelson Bay.
The Unit - This neat and tidy small two bedroom unit is comfortable and affordable.The combined lounge/dining/kitchen area offers 2 x two seater lounges with a medium sized TV, DVD, a wooden dining table and four chairs and a full sized fridge and microwave in the kitchen area. The bright main bedroom, while having older style furniture is comfortable with its four drawer dressing table and queen sized bed and built in robe. The 2nd bedroom offers a single bed as well as a set of bunks in solid wood, a bedside table with lamp as well as a built in robe. The 2-way bathroom that is off the main living/dining area has a vanity washroom and the main part of the bathroom has a small sized corner bath with the shower of the top, the toilet and the washing machine. There is also a communal laundry with access to a coin operated washing machine. The open car space is located at the rear of the building and is accessible from Bullecourt Street.

This unit was in a great location so close to Shoal Bay and the shopping village. The unit was roomy and clean. There were blankets to use if the weather was cool.
