The Location - You will be amazed at the beauty and outlook of this idyllic unit located opposite Shoal Bay Beach. Feel the sand between your feet as you hit the beach and relax or grab a stand up paddle board or kayak for hire at your door step. Walk to shops, bars and restaurants or grab a bottle from a few doors down and relax and watch the world go by on the bay from the comfort of your balcony. The views do not get any better than this.
With over 140 bottlenose dolphins calling Port Stephens home, you can watch out from the convenience of your balcony for their antics. From May to November, the waters off Port Stephens play host to the magnificent migrating humpback whales so take a hike up Tomaree Headland about 250 meters away for a sighting.
On your bike - Shoal Bay is a great place to explore by bike! From rugged mountain biking along coastal tracks to family friendly cycle paths. Bring your own, join an organised tour or hire a bike once here.
Play a round - With four championship golf courses, a driving range and mini golf all the drivers, hookers and swingers won’t need to travel a fairway to enjoy a round in a beautiful setting.
The Unit - Neatly presented two bedroom 1st floor unit with front facing balcony. Sit back and enjoy the view from the outdoor setting, a perfect view point, sunrise to sunset. View Perfect !
The location of this property and closeness to the bay was Fantastic. Fall out of bed onto the sandy beach across the road. The foreshore has been carefully sculptured for a healthy( walking, running path, and beach lots of seats for a rest and watch the view) and an unobstructed view to Hawksnest across the tranquil waters of Shoal Bay. The flat needs some maintenance blinds falling apart, but the appliances are very modern, the TV excellent and works (all channels you need)Do you like Mirrors? plenty of them in all the rooms! huge one as you walk into the flat opposite you( whole Wall) You feel so relaxed being so close to the water with a180 degree view from your room, just lounging on the sofa Watch the world go by. It is very nicely laid out, to get the best view possible only thing that spoils the feel is the furniture, though they are very comfortable (worn out needs replacing lounges& cushions only+ vertical blinds need replacing) 10/10 for relaxation, view, and spaciousness of the Flat! The Hub is fine ( key pickup)if your tech-savvy (Oldies be warned if you are not familiar with technology, pick keys up from the office ) A very nice place to "relax" and "enjoy" a restful holiday with plenty to do, then come back to that view 10/10 there. I'm back again in a few months can't wait.

2 night stay
This unit is in a fantastic spot. Amazing views and only a short stroll to the group of shops up the street. It was a little dated but perfect for a couple of nights. I was up both mornings at 6am and walked over the street to sit on the beach and take in the peaceful sounds. Loved it. The price was OK for what you get, I did feel that $95 on top for linen was a bit too much though. But all in all it was a lovely couple of relaxing days.

Short stay in Lovely Waterfront Unit
This Unit is in a great location. Overlooking Shoal Bay, it is just a short walk to Shoal Bay Country Club and shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious for 4 people and very comfortable.

Great Location Disappointing Facilities
Lots of issues with facilities. Washing machine had major leak, shower leaked, bedroom door didn't close, 2nd bedroom bed so uncomfortable daughter had to sleep on lounge, bathroom tiny, half of each wardrobe locked off and other half full of blankets, heaters, ironing board etc so hardly anywhere to hang clothes and hot water terrible. Location, view, lounge, dvd collection & TV were best things about the property.

Shoal Towers - perfect location and views
Fantastic location and view. Property had all of the amenities required. The property was not clean, as with the furniture and carpet, however the pricing reflects this for the stay in October.
