This has to be one of the comfiest beach holiday houses in Blairgowrie. Seascape is a fabulous place to retreat anytime. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and Blairgowrie Village, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Seascape is beautifully presented and is a quintessential beach house. It is perfectly appointed and would suit families or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break.
* Living and Dining *
The large comfortable Lounge/Dining room is what you would expect when you are away having a break from the everyday routine. The living area has loads of space, and all the entertainment gear needed, including a large Lcd television with Foxtel, to make your stay a home away from home and a memorable one. Adjacent you will find the recently renovated Kitchen which, with a modern cutting edge to it, includes every modern appliance you will need for your stay. A fabulous feature is the cafe windows, which open out onto an alfresco entertaining area, with the lovely garden beds as a backdrop to compliment the area. Along with a huge day bed and outdoor setting complete with as great gas barbeque. A great haven for entertaining or relaxing after a great day at the beach!

Seascape comfortably sleeps 11 guests across 5 bedrooms.
* Upstairs *
Bedroom 1 - is the Master bedroom with a King size bed, large Lcd television with Foxtel on the wall.
Bedroom 2 - includes a Single bed
The upstairs configuration provides the ultimate privacy for guests with their own bathroom upstairs. Plus the option to close the door at the bottom of the steps to block out any noise.
* Downstairs *
Bedroom 3 - includes a Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - includes 1 x Tri-Bunk
Bedroom 5 - includes 1 x Tri-bunk
Along with a sensational renovated bathroom, which is centrally located to all the downstairs bedrooms.

The location is fabulous!
We had a wonderful 7 night stay at Seascape with our friends. Two families, 4 adults and 5 kids loved comfortably in the home. Great big kitchen, each family had their own bathroom and nice large living area. The location is fabulous! A two min walk to the Blairgowrie shops and a easy five minute walk to the front beach! You can not beat the location!! Master bedroom upstairs was huge and having a Tv with Foxtel was awesome! The second bedroom was spacious. The upstairs bathroom is small.

Great location!
Great location behind the Blairgowrie shops, and quick access to the bay beach. Very quiet dead end street, comfortable house, a little cramped outdoors, big TV screen with Foxtel. Two master bedrooms one upstairs, one downstairs - note no ensuite, plus 3 bedrooms with bunk beds in two and a single in one, two bathrooms plus one toilet. Good wifi, well furnished kitchen (a bit low on detergent), lots of board games in the large living area.

Thankyou for accomodating us on our recent visit. \r\n\r\nWe enjoyed the location very much. It was very quiet and close to everything we needed.\r\n\r\nThe facilities were great but not super clean. The heating was appreciated and worked very well. It would have been useful if there were extra blankets/quilts and or electric blankets for the cold nights so we didn't need to use the heaters as much. \r\n\r\nWe arrived to find some damage to the window dressings in three different rooms which meant that light came into the rooms early. I think it would be worth repairing or replacing these for function. The bunk beds were very unstable and could use some reinforcing for safety. I would also recommend that a second set of keys be provided for accomodation this size. We had two families staying and at times it was inconvenient for us with only the one set. \r\n\r\nThese are suggestions to improve an already great venue with a perfect sea side location, great living space, kitchen and outdoor relaxing, entertaining area. \r\n\r\nThank you\r\nLisa

It was a great house!
Had both my partners family and my family stay for the long weekend. Nothing to fault at all. Was very clean and highly recommend. Kitchen has been renovated and looks great! King bed was super comfy. House was a minute walk from the shops and beach. Located in quiet street!
