Welcome to Sea Nesst - nestled in a bush setting on the ocean side of Great Ocean Road, it's an easy walk to the beach, shops, tennis courts, restaurants and Aireys Pub.

Accommodation is for 6 in the main house and there is also the option of requesting access to a separate loft which houses another 4 people. Please note: unless you request to add on the separate loft (and pay the $ 120 surcharge), you will only have access to the main house for 6 guests.

Main house: Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, separate ensuite and ceiling fans. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a retreat area which can be used as a 2nd living area. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and ceiling fan. Main bathroom, with spa is located downstairs.

Studio loft: Located above the garage, it has 2 single beds, a queen bed, ceiling fan and sitting area with couch, TV and DVD player. There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin and downstairs, in the garage, is a laundry with a washing machine (front loader) and dryer.

Just a few general words about the property.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/ 7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
