This three bedroom modern and beautifully presented townhouse is located in a quiet residential area of Fingal Bay. Its location is an easy 5 minute walk from the pristine waters of the patrolled beach of Fingal Bay, nearby Sports and Recreation Club and convenience store.
The townhouse is decorated with new, stylish furnishings. The downstairs open plan living area is tiled and offers a fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a LCD TV, DVD and docking station.
The three bedrooms are upstairs, all are carpeted and decorated tastefully with new furniture. Also upstairs is the main bathroom which has a fabulous spa and separate shower.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, TV, BIR, ceiling fan, ensuite with walk in shower and access to a small private balcony.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, BIR, ceiling fan and access to a small balcony.
Bedroom three has two single beds, BIR and ceiling fan, you can also access the balcony from this room. Property has linen and bed makes provided.
The property has an enclosed private courtyard, and a communal pool and BBQ area is located in the complex. Double lock up garage and internal laundry with extra toilet and washer and dryer complete this property.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Great modern property but lacking resources
pros : great modern spacious property with suciffient room to accomomdate multiple families
cons: there was an expectation that we would keep the property clean but were not supplied with the means to do so the property lacked the basics like garbage bags, dishwash cloths and tea towels. it should of been made clear that we needed to supplies our selves when we made the booking so we could of come prepared

Townhouse with stylish decor about 10 mins walk from beach
A lovely townhouse with stylish decor set in a quiet complex. About 10 minutes walk to the patrolled beach (named Fingal Bay). The beach is beautiful - completely unspoilt.

Pleasant stay
A pleasant stay in a good location. Nice clean apartment. We had to make up our own beds which does take away from the holiday feel! I would recommend the owner supplying some basics like hand soap, dishwashing liquid & cloths, tea towel for guests. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great summer getaway
We had a really enjoyable stay at this property. This is a really great townhouse in a very quiet area and in a fantastic location, only 3 min drive to the amazing Fingal Beach or an easy walk. A lovely clean spacious house that has all the amenities needed, communal pool,a private courtyard where we thoroughly enjoyed having our meals. The linen pack provided is excellent as the sheets and towels came from the dry cleaners. Highly recommended!

Christmas family holidays
Dishwasher was leaking on every cycle .
Cabinet on top of microwave there was food left behind bananas fruit that was growing mould.
Bread which had mould and smelt.
Apart from that overall fantastic place to stay.

Great Fingal Bay Townhouse
The property was very clean, nicely maintained and tastefully furnished. Great place to spend an extended weekend or week. Quiet, but convenient proximity to the beach, and in a quality block.
