Holiday in this 2 storey, charming cottage style home located in popular Bawley Point. Walking distance to Gannet Beach, shops and cafe. Consists of 3 bedrooms; main with ensuite, cosy living area with open fire place, back deck and BBQ area with lovely tranquil leafy outlook.
This property has a strict 'no party policy' and all guests must be over the age 21 when booking this property.

Bawley Point is known for some of the best beaches and surfing spots on the NSW Coast. Discover the beautiful beaches, excellent waves and enjoy a range of water sports and walking tracks with spectacular coastal views.
Take a short drive to Murramarang National Park; a very unique Coastal Park a must for Nature Lovers. Other National Parks only a short drive away include the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.
Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays. There is a range of farm animals including Alpaca's, Deer and Sheep to keep the children entertained.
South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. Visit the acclaimed Rick Stein's Restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Bawley Point.
Just 30 minutes drive west, is Clyde River Berry Farm, Open December/January where you can pick your own berries and browse delicious jams and local bush honey.

Bawely Beach is protected by the large southern headland (Bawley Point) which features two popular surf breaks. On the northern protected side of the point there is a jetty and a boat ramp great for fishing and paddling. The break near the jetty is called Guillotines and is popular with body boarders.
Cormorant Beach backs onto a small area of wetlands is a short pet friendly beach, perfect for walking the dog and going for a dip. You can also walk around the northern headland at low tide to access neighbouring Bawley Beach. Dogs are allowed to run off-leash on this beach 24-7
Gannet Beach is a short beach in Bawley Point south of Jurwin Head which is great for snorkelling and surfing. It is accessible from Malibu Drive at various points along the beach. The beach is often quiet but attracts crowds in summer for its beauty and sometimes smaller waves.
Please note: This property is self-contained but not serviced. Linen, sheets, towels, toiletries etc are not provided. Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.

Close to beach
Great location, close to beach and shops. The facilities were a bit basic but couches comfortable. The kitchen ware needs a good clean out of all the odd plastic ware and implements. The lighting could be improved for reading. Lovely kangaroos in the garden and good bbq.

Avoid
We rented 10 rosemary Ave for 1 week over xmas. Unfortunately we had a pretty disappointing time and ended up leaving a nice early. There are huge holes in the very makeshift flyscreens. We were all covered in bites and swatting mossies all night while hanging out inside ..
It's also really cluttered and dusty. Theres somebody living in the studio at the back of the property which isn't mentioned in the booking either
