Located in a quiet leafy street a short walk from the sands of Mollymook beach, the nine hole golf course and club house, this home offers the holiday maker a relaxing coastal retreat. Soak in the sun from the large timber deck, with outdoor setting and BBQ. Enjoy the views of the ocean and gentle evening sea breezes. The house contains two upstairs bedrooms, one with queen and the other a double, while downstairs offers a separate area with double bed, bunks and bathroom.
Please note: there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs, inside this property. Downstairs would not be suitable for younger children who need supervision etc.
The outdoor area is finished off with landscaped gardens, including a large fenced yard ideal for children.
Linen is not provided at this property, you will need to provide Linen and toiletries
Property has a strict 'no party policy' and all guests must be over the age 21 when booking this property.

Beautiful Home
Enjoyed staying at this place, awesome view of Mollymook Beach, very spacious and clean, 5min drive to Ulladullas main Shopping complex and restaurants. Family loved it!! We will definitely be booking this place again!!

Wonderful weekend getaway
What a lovely weekend. The house was so welcoming and full of light. It was really well equipped and comfortable with eveything we needed.
Loads of space. My favourite was the breakfast on the back verandah with the beautiful sea view. Will definately go back with my family. Loved the fact there was a garden for kids. Would definately recommend this house for a holiday rental.

Great location and views
Wonderful location in quiet street with great ocean views. Charming older style bungalow completely modernised with light and airy living areas and spacious deck looking north towards the ocean. Very clean. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great view and location
We were very happy with how clean, well kept and tidy the house was. After reading previous reviews I can honestly say I don’t know what they were talking about saying otherwise! The house is lovely, has a great view, and was in a great location for a very affordable price! We will be back in November and can’t wait!!!
