This delightful 2-bedroom holiday house is ideally situated just seconds from the water’s edge and around the corner from the boat ramp. The lake provides peaceful, safe swimming for both dogs and humans, and you’re only a few minutes’ walk to Burrill Lake’s huge dog friendly park and lagoon as well as Burrill Beach.
The house is fully fenced, perfect for your outdoor dog and has a lock up garage plus a double carport for 2 more cars or a car and a boat. Features one Queen bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with Tri-bunk, plus a fold-out sofa bed in the living room, along with a full modern bathroom plus a 2nd shower and toilet in the external laundry. Air-conditioning and a digital TV and DVD player make this a very comfortable house.
It’s just 350m to the local café with great coffee and food plus the IGA and newsagent. Not far away is also a bottle shop, fishing/tackle store and a great fish & chips take-away shop. Enjoy your stay!

Location & Accommodation Outstanding
My 5 children and I, as well as my dog stayed at this awesome property in Christmas school holidays 2020/2021. The location and accomodation were outstanding. The house was great, with a secure lovely backyard for my dog and the location is smack bang in the middle of all the local activities to entertain my kids. Our contact with the realestate was above and beyond and Tegan definitely went out of her way to see that our stay was an enjoyable and effortless one. The owner was also very accomodating and also went above and beyond to assist us in any way, such a nice man to deal with. Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone.
