Designed for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining, with a stunning contemporary open plan kitchen/dining/living area looking out onto the expansive terrace and al-fresco dining area, pool, and the magnificent garden. Seamless transition between indoors and outdoors with only glass separating the two zones. Easy access via two sets of French doors, creates the ultimate entertaining zone. The al-fresco dining area is complete with an outdoor wooden dining setting and BBQ. This modern coastal haven is a delight at every turn!

Located between the main living zone and master bedroom you will find a gorgeous sitting room, complete with Chrome Cast TV, beautiful comfy lounge, perfect for curling up and watching the latest movie or reading a book.

Other features include Sonos sound system, WIFI, evaporative cooling/heating throughout, laundry, secure garden, outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars, and a small boat or jetski if required.

Ideally located with rear access to Moonah Reserve and beach. A short drive to both Blairgowrie and Rye villages and all the major attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs, world-class golf courses, and wineries.
