Piana apartments are true luxury in the heart of Vincentia. Located just a 2 minute walk from Vincentia Shopping Village, and across the road from Collingwood Beach, you’ve got everything you need on your doorstep. The many repeat guests are testament to the popularity of these quality apartments.

- Layout: Small boutique complex of 3 townhouses; Two levels; Open plan living, dining and kitchen located upstairs; Downstairs there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry
- Guests: Maximum of 4 guests, plus infants in cots
- Kitchen: Dishwasher, Coffee Machine (pod), Electric Oven and Cooktop, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer
- Bathrooms: Main bathroom with deep bath and overhead shower, Ensuite bathroom with shower
- Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, Electric heaters and pedestal fans in bedrooms
- Access/dangers: Staircase (can be fitted with child safety gate if required); For your safety, please note that neither of these apartments are suitable for families with young children. There is a fairly open stairwell (see photograph of lounge room), that has a drop down to the ground level
- Parking: Carport at rear of apartment, with one allocated parking space
- Outdoor Space: Two balconies, one with filtered water views, BBQ with outdoor dining; Both bedrooms have a small outdoor area with a Balinese ambiance

Paino Apartment One was a great place to stay. The location and convenience right at your doorstep is a bonus. You can even hear the ocean at night! We stayed here for our honeymoon, we would definitely come back.

Professionally managed pristine property very close to the beach. The separate living areas allowed privacy for all members of the family. We spent a great deal of time living in the apartment and suited us perfectly with ample cooking facilities it felt better than home!

I stayed in the Piana 1 apartment and it was stunning. Very close to the beach and Coles and also was extremely clean. The JBR team was more that accomodating and were wonderful to book with!

We just had 9 nights in this beautifully appointed apartment. The apartment was immaculately presented, had everything we needed, and was close to the local beaches and parks. It was lovely to be able to see the ocean from the balcony and hear the sound of the waves at night. The beds were very comfortable, as was the upstairs living space.

From my initial booking request right through to our departure from the property, everything was a breeze. Property is immaculate. Perfect location, close to shops and the water. Basics were provided and kitchen was well equipped to be able to have home cooked meals. Although there were many cafes and restaurants we would have loved to try. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Our family has stayed two...
Our family has stayed two successive years at Piana 1 apartments and cannot recommend them highly enough. The location is excellent with view of the sea and the beach only a few minutes walk. As well the Vincentia shops are only minutes away.rrThe property is very well maintained with all the state of the art kitchen appliances. The sitting room and dining area is spacious and comfortable. As well there are two balconies one of which overlooks the sea and the other which has a barbecue and overlooks the back garden. The two downstairs bedrooms and en suites are spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean.rrThe Jervis Bay Rentals will see to your every need should you require any assistance during your stay. We look forward to many more holidays in this really excellent accommodation.

My wife and I were so impressed by the whole experience. As always with photos you can never totally understand what the property will look and feel like until you see it for yourself. We were blown away with the level of service from your team over the phone, the property was clean and tidy and we left there on Monday talking about how soon can we come back!!! Loved it all - really nice touch with the high chair, stair gate and porta cot too. So impressed.

The apartment is in an ex...
The apartment is in an excellent location on Elizabeth Drive, a short walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to the local shopping center. A lovely modern apartment and very tastefully furnished with excellent modern facilities. The Jervis Bay Rental Company was a delight to deal with and most helpful at all times. We had a most enjoyable stay and plan to return at some stage in the future.
