Pandanas 15A Mitchell Parade is an architecturally designed, Hamptons resort style property just across the road from pristine Mollymook Beach, which is ideal for swimming and dolphin spotting. Renowned surf spot, Mollymook Reef is only 40m away, and the rear of the property backs onto the 5th hole of the Championship Hilltop Golf Course for beautiful fairway views. Walk along the beach path to restaurants including Mollymook Golf Club, Bannisters Rooftop Pavillion and Woodburn Deli, plus cafes, a chemist, newsagents and supermarket. During your stay we recommend a short drive into Milton Village which has lots of boutiques, homewares and trendy cafes or Cupitt's Winery for some wine tasting, lunch in the restaurant or outdoor dining looking overlooking the vineyards.
Stylish and ultra-modern with quality finishes, Pandanas 15A offers plenty of space for large groups or families with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 3 outdoor deck areas and a fenced yard.
On the middle floor, the contemporary Hamptons style kitchen, dining and living area is bright and airy with timber floors, air-conditioning and a gas fireplace to create the perfect climate at any time of the year. The kitchen features a large fridge, coffee machine with pods provided, and there is also a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite opening onto the enclosed deck, plus an additional bathroom.
The top floor has 3 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and ocean glimpses, as well as an additional bathroom. The ground floor features 3 bunk beds, a double sofa bed, and 2 extra rollaway beds, plus a bathroom and laundry with a washer and dryer. This is a great area for kids/teenagers with a large rumpus room and a Smart TV to keep them entertained.
For those who prefer to unwind and relax outdoors, take your pick from the 3 decks. Enjoy the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean views during summer, and for the golf enthusiasts, the rear deck overlooks the golf course and offers a BBQ and outdoor setting. You'll also find a large backyard for the kids with a tropical garden with Pandanas trees from North Queensland, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day on the beach.
Parking is available for 5 vehicles with a double garage plus off-street parking for 3 cars.

Perfect for multiple families
Excellent accommodation, it comfortably fit our 3 families (6 adults, 7 children), the seperate floors allowed all the kids to sleep together on the ground floor with the adults spread over the remaining two floors. Plenty of toilets and showers for everyone. Perfect location to walk to the beach or local cafe and club. The only slight negative was there was only one tea towel, something that will be easily rectified.

Perfect
Spent the weekend with some golfing mates and this suited us perfectly. Close to course, walk to main club, beach or cafe's. Highly recommend.

Nearly 5 star!
Super fam friendly house - we had three different families stay and everyone had their own bathroom which was great! Great amenities, lots of space for everyone to chill out, and amazingly close to the beach (which with little kids was a big plus!). Our only negatives are the bunk bed mattresses are really uncomfortable and the road out the front can get pretty busy and be a bit tricky to cross (especially with kids/scooters/prams). Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful house
I rented this house for my family - 3 generations on a Christmas holiday. We loved the house, the location.. however the communication between the Raine and Horne and AirBNB didn’t work well at all. Air conditioning was programmed to sit at 29 degrees in severe bush fire and heat situation, as well as no WIFI - multiple phone calls to agent - different responses each time. I’d recommend only message via AirBNB as this was the only way we received action. Air conditioning was finally fixed, but never any WIFI. I’ve never had any trouble with Airbnb before - just seems when there’s an ‘in between’ involved there is potential for an issue.

Perfect girls weekend retreat!
I just spent an amazing three nights down the coast with 11 of my clostest girlfriends, and it could not have been a more perfect setting! This place was huge! It had everything we could possibly need and more!
