This is a fantastic spot for families with all you need to enjoy a relaxed comfortable holiday. The property features 2 living areas, both with TV and DVD, AND a converted garage with table tennis table, ball game machines, BBQ outside and bar fridge. A fabulous new holiday house built in 2011, which accommodates 2 families comfortably. The location is an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, the beach and for the kids the local school oval is at the end of the street.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living area upstairs, with 1 x 3 and 1 x 2.5 seater brown leather couches, TV, DVD, CD, iPod dock, dining table with 8 chairs. Separate 3rd toilet and vanity upstairs.

Downstairs living area features TV and DVD, gas heater, 1 x 3 seater couch, 2 bean bags and a selection of books. Garage is set up as a games room with a table tennis and soccer table and billiards table. Perfect for the kids!
