Dutchman's Beach also known as Dutchies is a calm bay beach, beautiful white sands as well as shaded grassed areas with bbq and picnic tables and a lovely children's play area. Just a 1km drive to the town of Nelson bay or a walk along the picturesque pathway taking you straight to the Nelson Bay D'Albora Marina, where you will be greeted with an array of shops, restaurants and cafes. The Marina frames the waterfront offering you a multitude of activities including boat and jet ski hire, dolphin and whale watch cruises, diving and fishing charters. In the summer months you will know you're on holiday when you hear live music and experience the markets and festivals on offer.
The Unit - Naomis at the Bay is a sun filled, fully refurbished, second floor unit which is an affordable holiday destination for couples wanting a relaxing beachside experience. The open plan living area has glass top dining table with 4 chairs, large SMART TV, free wifi, ceiling fans in both living and bedroom, and a panel heater. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/stove top, coffee maker and microwave. The queen sized bedroom has built in robes and the bathroom has a shower, and also houses a washing machine and dryer with iron and board. The sliding glass doors opens out to a balcony area with outdoor furniture and covered awning and over looking the bay waters and trees.
Other features include one allocated car space in the carport beneath the building as well as access to the common washing lines to the rear of the property.

Best place for a relaxing stay
I stayed at Unit 8/51 Christmas Bush Avenue for a couple of nights and its one of the best place which I have stayed. The unit was clean and well arranged. A calm and quiet place with all amenities within walking distance. On the other side of the road, there's a beach and you can have a wonderful time over there swimming,playing,BBQ...
Even though it was a hot day the cool breeze from the bay will keep you cool.
