This house greets you with a cosy, comforting feel as well as an exciting vacation vibe. Its deck is the ideal place to sip a morning cup of coffee with the cool breeze or enjoy an afternoon view of the sunset. As you walk inside, you see an inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seats and a huge Smart TV for unwinding or bonding. It's stylishly decorated with accessories of fancy drapes, faux fur throw blankets, and colourful pillows. Its floor-to-ceiling glass windows complement the house’s neutral colours, giving it a modern but warm charm.

The kitchen and dining area are well-lit by natural light and comfortable enough to entice you and your guests to unwind and linger more at the table. If you want to cook up a feast, you can do so with a full kitchen and fridge, complete with a freezer, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, cooktop, kettle, and coffee machine. Basic dishes and utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are provided. A pantry, island benchtop, and dishwasher are also available.

When you explore the back, you'll discover a spacious entertainment area ideal to organise a barbie, cookout, games, hang out with your mates, or spend quality time with family. Plus, the property is fully fenced, so you can let your pet join in on the fun.

This beach house is approximately 900 metres from Eagle Rock Parade, where you can enjoy the most spectacular views of Aireys Inlet's sandstone cliffs. Around 600 metres away, you can visit the must-see Split Point Lighthouse. Just a 5-minute stroll from the vacation home, you'll find the well-known A la Grecque restaurant, which serves seafood and contemporary Greek-Australian cuisine.
