This comfortable house features an open lounge, dining and kitchen area with large windows to soak up the superb view, plus 2 bedrooms - one with Double bed, the other with Twin Single beds, a family bathroom with separate bath and shower and a 2nd toilet off the laundry. Relax on the balcony with a long cool drink while the BBQ sizzles, and enjoy the vista and that fresh sea breeze.
Soak up the chilled beachside lifestyle as you fill your days with swimming, snorkelling and fishing, then finish up with leisurely evening strolls along the sand.
Local groceries, bottle shop and newsagency are all under 1km away and you have your pick of great cafés and restaurants nearby.
This beachfront house offers location, views and affordability.

Awesome location
Ideal location and awesome view. The house is basic and the main bed not so comfortable but otherwise if you are looking for somewhere close to the beach and all amenities in Mollymook but don't mind staying in an older place, then this is for you. The view certainly outweighs any negatives. We would certainly stay here again.

Great beach shack! Amazing views!
We had a wonderful time at 43 Mitchell Parade. The house was perfect for our needs and we spent every morning and evening staring out to sea. The house was basic but had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4 & excellent value for money. We will certainly come again.

Good View... Horror House
If you are thinking of renting this house.... DON'T. It is disgusting. We paid for 4 nights but left after 1 night... that was quite sufficient
