The Location - We wish to welcome you to this holiday home set on Mollymook's Mitchell Parade, within close walking distance to Rick Stein's restaurant and the northern end of beautiful Mollymook Beach (700m).
Stroll to Rick Stein's Restaurant or Bannister's Pool Bar to enjoy cocktails and pizza by their pool or fine dining in the Restaurant for special occasions.
Mollymook has two golf courses, Bowling Club, Golf Club, children's parks, restaurants, cafes or enjoys shopping in Ulladulla, Funland and bowling for the family and Milton has fine dining, and designer shopping.
The House - The home has spacious open plan living and dining area with air conditioning and a modern kitchen with Bosch appliances, a dishwasher and a pod coffee machine - great for easy entertaining.
The living area spills out onto the deck and grassy backyard, with sensational views of Mollymook Beach and out to the ocean. Enjoy the ocean breeze and the colourful parrots and lorikeets who visit frequently while the BBQ sizzles away.

Great location and view
Great location on a quiet street with beach access a 3 minute walk from the house. The house was very clean and was a perfect size for our family of 4. The backyard area is great with an outdoor dining area, as well as an area to feed the birds that come and visit. Wifi access would be great in the future, but we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

Wonderful House for a Holiday!
This is a great house for a Mollymook holiday. Fantastic location with an awesome view down Mollymook Beach and out to sea. Plenty of sun, huge deck, 5min walk to the Beach, great spot for sunsets. House is very comfortable, clean, well looked after and all appliances work. Highly recommended.
