The Location - An original holiday home in the area, just a short stroll from Merry Beach. Don't feel like cooking, then Merry Street Restaurant & Bar is just 200m away as well as a general store and takeaway.

The Cottage - A neat and well presented 2 bedroom holiday home available for your family. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second large bedroom has 2 trilogy bunks (double with single on top) . Set in a great location this home has been fully updated inside.

This home also has a dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, and air conditioning for those hot balmy nights. Great location, great price, what more do you want for a family holiday? You can also bring your 4 legged friend as the large back yard is fully fenced with a covered area for their comfort (outdoor pets only) .

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Excellent Property - stay was just what the doctor ordered, Forte Collin USA & Blue Mountains 14/ 2/ 17. We had a lovely weekend stay, myself, overseas guest and my trauma support buddy Jaffa. Everything we would possibly need, perfect backyard for fur baby, air conditioning for the heat wave and close to two beautiful beaches. super clean and comfortable. Fantastic Beach house and perfect location! Triana Turramurra NSW 31 /8/ 16. What a great little beach house! We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was really light, tidy and fresh, and you can tell its been recently renovated. It has that traditional Aussie beach shack feel to it, but with a new kitchen (well stocked) and a good bathroom too, which was a bonus. The beds were comfy and the kids had room to play in their bedroom. The large screen TV and DVD worked well and it had air conditioning in the lounge/dining are too. Small outdoor deck with table and chairs was good, although we didn't spend much time out the back. The house is much closer to the beach than I thought it would be - just a few minutes' walk to Merry Beach, which is simply stunning, but my favourite was Kioloa Beach which is about a 10 min flat walk. there was a great supermarket (that has everything) and café/restaurant just down the road an close enough for the kids to wander over for an ice-cream everyday. If you haven't noticed, I just loved the place and can't wait to go back. Such good value too. Oh and there is even a kangaroo family that hangs out in the street, which made for a bit of fun for the kids. we'll definitely be back - had the most relaxing holiday in a long time.
