This warm and inviting duplex is ideally located, just across the road from Fingal Beach. When you're not on the beach, you can still hear the surf splashing on the shore from your private courtyard!

This spacious unit is perfect for a relaxed family getaway at the coast.

Location:
Stroll 350m to the Surf Club and onto the patrolled section of the beach. This stunning stretch of beach continues almost 2km along the coastline, offering multiple spots to choose from for swimming, surfing or relaxing on the shore, as well as an ideal option for a leisurely stroll along the sand. Before you even reach the sand there is also a great cafe, restaurant, kids playground and grassy area, where local twilight markets operate seasonally.

A popular walking trail leads through the beachside reserve all the way up to the boat ramp, providing a lovely shady, peaceful path to stroll, run, or cycle through the bush with the sound of the surf splashing nearby. On Saturdays, you even have the opportunity to join in on the local parkrun along it.

Living and Entertaining Space:
This spacious ground floor duplex has a tiled, open plan layout with a bright and welcoming lounge area and Smart TV with WIFI.
