This Little Cove apartment is located in the quiet back streets of this iconic Noosa surf spot on the corner of Kareela Ave & Pandanus St, with no through traffic, so you can enjoy the natural rainforest surroundings and peaceful ambience of the area. Little Cove Townhouses is just a short walk to Little Cove Beach and a stone’s throw from the Noosa National Park and minutes to Hastings Street.
The Unit- This fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom accommodation Little Cove and is just perfect for families. The large grassy area surrounding the pool is perfect for kids to run around and play. The lounge and kitchen area downstairs opens straight out to the pool and faces north to catch the sun all day. The spacious lounge offers air conditioning, smart TV, DvD player and free internet access. There’s a kitchen that is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave which provides guests with an option to prepare meals from this home away from home or to dine out at one of the restaurants nearby.
The spacious bedrooms are located upstairs with a private balcony off the master bedroom. The first bedroom has queen size bed, air-conditioning and ceiling fan while the second bedroom has 2 single beds plus ceiling fan.
Other features are laundry facilities provided with washing machine and clothes dryer and a lock up garage for one car is available to use.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.

Little Cove Townhouse 3
We love this area of Noosa. The unit was quite adequate but is more than a bit tired.
The crockery & kitchen utensils are a bit scrappy & need to be upgraded. Eg there are masses of glasses & enough cutlery to hold a banquet but only 5 dinner plates.
The wifi is very patchy & dropped out many times, however the girls at Noosa Rentals were very helpful & I think the owner did his best. It was a pity as we had a student trying to get assignments in.
Aside from this we enjoyed our stay here & looking forward to returning.

Lovely location
Loved Noosa and staying in little cove with quick access to National park was perfect. The apartment was comfortable, clean and roomy. The only down side was one bedroom had no power outlets and window required repairs to be able to open it, leaving room stuffy. The other neighbouring townhouses had enclosed garden patios, but not this town house which leads directly to pool area. I enjoyed my stay but would opt for one of neighbouring properties next time.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
