This awesome 4-bedroom, dog-friendly holiday house offers the perfect coastal break, with ocean views from the front balcony and beautiful native bush at the rear. It's just a short 500m stroll to the stunning waters of Fingal Bay Beach, with its patrolled swimming in summer and options for surfing, fishing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Protected areas offer calm waters for young children to splash in, and you can build sandcastles, play beach cricket, or stroll along the gorgeous stretch of coastline. There is also a playground, picnic tables and the boat ramp, plus the surf club, cafe and restaurant – everything you could want for your beachside holiday.
The upper level of this comfortable holiday house features the air-conditioned main living space with kitchen, dining area, lounge with flat screen TV, and the front balcony with outdoor seating – sit out and relax in the peaceful ambiance, as you breathe in that fresh coastal breeze and glimpse the sparkling ocean waters. This level also features 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The 4th bedroom with king bed is downstairs, along with a large rumpus room with table tennis table and a 2nd living area with a bar, plus a 2nd bathroom, laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a covered entertaining area with an outdoor setting.
The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for you to bring your pet along – dogs only, and must remain outside.

Beach fun
Loved our holiday in this house. We walked to the beach every day. House was quiet and peaceful, kids loved the ping pong table downstairs. Kitchen could do with a few more normal size drinking glasses and an electric frypan or slow cooker (stove is small when cooking for 10). The lounge area was great with plenty of comfy couches. Would love to stay here again.

Great location but some disappointments
Stayed here with a group of 10 adults for a quiet weekend away. It was a great location, walking distance to Fingal Bay SLS and view of the ocean from the living area. The house itself was tidy and had some nice extras like games, dishwasher, ping pong table, great outdoor bbq etc. however was a bit disappointing in a few areas:
- advertised to sleep 10 but there weren’t 10 chairs inside to seat 10 people around the dining table for meals
- a general lack of attention to detail (eg the toilet and kitchen lights were blown, insufficient toilet paper for 10 people, broken blind in bedroom, dirty showers/bath)
- the neighbour across the road was quite abusive to one of our group for parking on ‘their side’ of the street. I realise this can’t be controlled by the property manager but it nonetheless put a downer on our weekend.
Overall we had a relaxing stay, but probably would choose another property for future stays.

Functional house with lots of room
The house met our needs for a gorup of adults scuba diving. Plenty of room for peple to spread out, hang out div ger in the garage and parking
I would have liked the option of more single beds
We did have a hot water issue when we first arrived but the agent fixed it very quickly. I was happy with the service
The ouytdoor BBQ area could do with some attention. Not much seating there nd not ovelry pleasant area. We cooked and brought hte food back upstairs to eat. At previous rentals it was nice to all sit aorund and cook, chat and eat together

So Relaxing
Great house in a great quiet location. Easy walk to the beach and walking tracks. Plenty of room in the house and the table tennis and other games were fun.House was fairly clean except for a yucky stain on one of the mattress protectors. The movie channel on foxtel would have been nice. Property management was great.

Not good
No tissues, hand wash or the basic things required. The beds and covers were dirty. Whole property was dusty.
