The Location - Laman Lodge is set on the hill above Nelson Bay and overlooking the marina and harbour. Walk down the hill 300 metres to town for boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes, the marina and Nelson Bay Beach or follow the path 800 metres to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, BBQ's,picnics and a playground.
The Apartment- This first floor unit has a large balcony with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and gorgeous marina views, leading into an open plan, light filled, living area with two ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV and corner lounge plus a sofa lounge, six seat dining table and a fully functional kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV and the second bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a ceiling fan. A large renovated family bathroom with a shower (no bath), plus access to an external shared laundry too. Street parking and walk to town, the marina or a coastal walk!
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.

Advertised as 1 car space in unit block we weren't allowed to use them carport very hard to get a park on them road

Wonderful weekend away
Our apartment was clean spacious and views of the water we cooked wonderful meals as the kitchen had all the untencils you need
My only complaint was we had to make our own beds with the fresh linen that was provided or pay them to do it I haven’t had to do that before & the bed covers were not of good quality it that made you sweat but over wise everything was lovely
