2 Large bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - includes a Queen bed with a walk-in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - includes 2 x Singles beds and 1 x Trundle bed and Porta Cot (if required)
Double sofa bed in the lounge room with moveable screens for privacy, second bathroom, separate powder room, and separate laundry.
Granite benchtops, stainless appliances, polished boards, and carpet in bedrooms. Reverse cycle air/heating, sliding doors leading to north facing balcony with BBQ, internal courtyard, Telstra Big Pond adsl 2+ to connect a laptop via Ethernet cable, full HD flat-screen television with PlayStation 3 and Foxtel IQ2 including movies and sports channels - it's the perfect combination for a hassle-free holiday.
Security carpark under the apartment block with allocated parking for one car (additional parking may be found in the underground carpark, but cannot be guaranteed) . Parking for additional cars can also be found in the lane at the back to the Koonya Apartments (this is between the podium and the apartments fronting the beach) .
Also, the use of the indoor communal pool and spa* (open on weekends and holidays only. Open subject to Body Corporate availability) . You won't find a better location in Sorrento!
Rates are inclusive of all linen and towels and beds will be made up for your arrival.

The pool open hours as follows:
Non Holiday Periods
9am – 9pm Sat & Sun
School Holidays, including summer holidays, public holidays, and long weekends
9am – 9pm 7 days.
Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.

Everything at your door!
The location of this property was amazing. Everything at your door, beach, cafes, restaurants. The place itself was so lovely and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean especially the kitchen and all its contents. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Cannot recommend this accommodation enough!
Perfect location and beautiful views of Sorrento. The apartment was spacious and had absolutely everything we needed and more! Will be staying here again in the future!
