Modern, spacious, beachside apartment on the ground floor with open plan dining/lounge with gas fireplace and split system, television/dvd.

Koonya by the Bay comfortably accommodates 8 guests over three bedrooms:

Bed 1 - Master Queen Suite with TV and ensuite
Bed 2 - 1 x Queen
Bed 3 - 2 x Bunks (4)

Central modern bathroom adjoining bedrooms 2 and 3.

Other features include full laundry facilities. Courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the bay. Access to the Koonya Apartments communal pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya block) . Security carpark under the apartment block with allocated parking for one car (additional parking may be found in the underground carpark, but cannot be guaranteed) . Parking for additional cars can also be found in the lane at the back to the Koonya Apartments (this is between the podium and the apartments fronting the beach) . Close to Sorrento restaurants and shops and only steps away from the beach.

Rates are inclusive of all linen and towels and beds will be made up for your arrival.

*Please Note:
The pool open hours as follows:

Non Holiday Periods
9am – 9pm Sat & Sun

School Holidays, including summer holidays, public holidays, and long weekends
9am – 9pm 7 days.

Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.
