Here, you'll find calm bay waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking, with BBQ's, picnic tables and a playground at the western end. A picturesque pathway winds along the coast and can take you from Dutchies to the Marina in Nelson Bay, approximately 800m distance. The Marina offers a selection of great eateries and is the gateway to an array of aquatic activities including popular dolphin watch cruises. Nelson Bay CBD is about 800m from the house and boasts a variety of boutique shops and plenty of cafes and restaurants, as well as the local golf, bowling and tennis clubs.

There is a large, fenced backyard, which is slightly sloping due to the duplex's elevation. Off-street parking for 2 cars is available.
