Architecturally designed beachfront house

Goumois Peregian Beach House is a unique beachfront holiday house. Renowned architect, Geoffrey Pie, has designed a home that is relaxed and stylish with plenty of communal areas to gather. The timber house with its lattice screens and neutral palette blends into the native vegetation of the dune reserve at the back of the house. This is a beach house in the truest sense with big sliding doors, covered decks and a shady patio beside the pool to escape the summer heat.

Goumois is spread over 2 blocks and linked by a stunning courtyard. One part of the home is bedrooms and the other section comprises living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas, a self-contained studio and a pool.

With its proximity to the beach, and Peregian Village shops and cafes all within a short stroll from the house, you can park the car and leave it there for your stay. Or, if you want to explore Noosa then it's a short 20-minute drive to Hasting Street and Noosa National Park.

** ACCOMMODATION DETAILS **
In all there are 7 bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite master bedrooms. There are 5 bathrooms in total plus a separate shower room, outside shower and powder room. Two of the master bedrooms also have their own kitchen facility and sitting rooms.

** BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS **

TOP LEVEL
Master Bedroom 1 - self-contained with a King bed, kitchenette, sitting area, fireplace, ensuite and huge private deck with ocean views.

MIDDLE LEVEL
Master Bedroom 2 - King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 3 - 2 Single beds (default) or king bed on request. Please call Prestige staff direct for approval for particular bed-make requests, thank you.
Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds

Separate main bathroom.
This level also the living area, courtyard, laundry and access to the carport and garage.

BOTTOM LEVEL
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed
Bedroom 6 - 2 Single beds

Bathroom and separate shower room.

Bedroom 7 - is in the other living section of the house on the lower level by the pool; this is another self-contained area with a Queen bed, ensuite, sitting area with TV and full kitchen.

This level also boasts the pool and garden, plus an outdoor shower.

Note, 5 bedrooms have either timber lattice or external blinds – not curtains.

** KITCHEN **
The fully equipped, integrated galley style kitchen features an island bench breakfast bar with a gas stovetop and additional sink, and plenty of bench space for food preparation. The double fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee plunger and microwave will please all the gourmet cooks.

** ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS **
The bedrooms and living spaces of Goumois are connected by a lovely, secure courtyard with outdoor setting, water feature and built-in outdoor fireplace. Big sliding glass doors disappear into the walls to create a beautiful open plan kitchen, living and dining space which flows through to the outdoor entertaining areas. The covered deck on the beachside of the living space overlooks the native dune reserve and pool below, and is a great place to catch the sea breeze.

On the pool level, there is a covered area and seating so you can watch the kids splash in the pool or run around on the big, grassy lawn. This is also where the 7th bedroom is, with its own living space that can be partitioned by the sliding door and used as a second TV area for the kids.

** LOCATION **
Peregian Beach is a village community mid-way between Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads that is fast becoming a shopping and dining destination for Sunshine Coast locals. The pristine surf beach community is home to the Peregian Originals, a local music and markets event that runs every second Sunday in the park next to the surf club.

The house backs directly onto the bushland nature dune reserve. There is lots of wildlife in the reserve including bush turkeys, goannas, tree frogs, bird life and reptiles.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any request to cancel a reservation must be notified in writing and may result in the forfeiture of all monies paid by you to NHR and the Property Owner in respect of the reservation
  • A notification of cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made in writing, either by email to [email protected] or by letter, addressed to NHR, 25 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads QLD 4567.
  • Provided that a notice of cancellation is given up to 90 days from arrival, at the absolute discretion of NHR, an offer will be made to transfer the booking to another date and, subject to meeting the requirements of Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions, and if agreed, a Transfer Fee (as defined in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions) will apply.
  • With respect to a cancellation under these Terms and Conditions NHR will attempt to find a guest who will book for the same period and at the same tariff. If NHR is successful, then NHR will consider refunding all moneys for nights rebooked less a $500 (Inclusive GST) administrative fee and any other costs or fees incurred by the owner as a result of the cancellation.
  • Despite all efforts, NHR may not be able to find another guest for the same period and at the same tariff, or at all, and may have to reduce the tariff or agree to an overlapping booking. In that case the amount refunded will be reduced accordingly.
  • If an owner’s loss exceeds the amount of monies paid by the guest as a deposit, then the guest whose booking was cancelled will be indebted to the owner for the balance.
  • If a booking is affected due to a Government Health Directive, the Property Owner may allow a guest to move their booking dates. However, Travel Insurance taken out by the guest – as strongly recommended elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions – must be relied upon by the guest should they choose to cancel their booking.
  • If a refund is provided to a guest for any reason where the tariff or deposit has been paid by credit card, the Credit card fee paid is not refundable as these fees are not refundable from the bank. We do provide alternative means of payment where fees are not incurred, specifically by direct deposit. Please ask for details if you wish to pay by this method.
  • Any Bookings made via an OTA, for example, Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider will be subject to the OTA Terms and Conditions. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Airbnb or other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
  • Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
