A relaxing and extremely pleasant stay in Port Stephens area
Excellent location, the staff at the managing agent we spoke to were very polite, helpful and professional (in particular Gina and Jane who were able to rectify an issue we had with the initial invoice sent to us). Margaret who we dealt with when picking up the keys as well as Mikaela who we handed the keys to were very friendly as well. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Location of the villa was great and just a few minutes walk to the beach. the unit was clean and spacious with all amenities and it was overall a great experience.

Front main door very hard to open, you have to pull it hard to the right on entering.The tiles leading into the upstairs bathroom are loose and a dangerous trip hazard and noisy which wakes people up. The foot rest style table in the middle of the lounge room had a broken/loose leg on arrival.
