'Fingal Retreat' - spacious duplex in natural bushland setting

This bright and refreshing holiday home offers neat, comfortable accommodation in a natural bushland setting. A manicured courtyard and lush green lawn leads you to Tomaree National Park, giving you a wonderful holiday escape and access to the many trails for you to either bike, run or walk around. You can sit back and simply relax in the peaceful surrounds, or head to the beautiful beach haven of Fingal Bay, just 1.2km away. This is a fantastic beach for the whole family with a patrolled surf area (from September through to April) and a section with calmer waters for toddlers and younger children at the southern end, plus a boat ramp. The beachside reserve also offers a scenic walking/bike path, a playground and some great dining options – the ever popular Longboat Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the busy season and Salt Restaurant, located above the surf club, offers amazing views and food. Closer to home (250m from duplex) is the Fingal Bay Bowling Club offering lawn bowls, a kids play area and affordable meals.

Shoal Bay is only 3.5km away and offers a row of waterfront dining options as well as bike, kayak or stand up paddle board hire, and spectacular views out through the heads and over the bay. Nelson Bay CBD and Marina is also just 6km away.
