Surf's up! This funky 1-bedroom, fully self-contained apartment has been custom-designed and renovated to be the perfect beachside getaway in laid back Fingal Bay. Across the road is the leafy beachside reserve and walking path and just a 300m stroll will take you to the pristine soft sand and sparkling ocean of Fingal Beach.

*Living and Entertainment Space*
Kick back in the stylish lounge area with plush lounge, big screen Smart TV and charmingly eclectic flair. Tucked away to one side is the second Queen bed and on the other side of the living space you'll find the wet bar set up with mini fridge, sink, funky mood lighting and wine barrel bar seating. Pour a cheeky afternoon cocktail - or a few! - and enjoy a cheers in your own personal pub!

Step through to the fully enclosed dining area with 6-seater table and the renovated kitchen. Fitted with all the kitchen appliances you will need including a dishwasher, cooktop, microwave and full size, double door fridge/freezer, the space flows perfectly with the relaxed and social vibe of the apartment with a large servery window connecting dining and kitchen for ease of serving up snacks and socialising.

Sit out on the front covered patio on the comfy outdoor couches while grilling dinner on the BBQ and take in the lovely ambiance that comes with being across the road from the beachside reserve.

There's a reason this cool apartment gives off a surfy vibe - it's just 300m to the surf club and patrolled beach, plus a great restaurant, cafe and playground.

The relaxed coastal town of Fingal Bay is ideal for a cruisy beach getaway, with a village-vibe and leisurely days that start with run, ride or walk along the popular and scenic track through the leafy reserve, followed by a refreshing dunk in the salty surf and a well-deserved coffee from the cafe. Take a couple of minutes and duck back home to grab the surfboard, book and snacks and wander back down to the sand to set up until the lunchtime siesta. On Sunday, you can even join in the local parkrun for a 5km social run, or if you like the social part without the running, feel free to volunteer as photographer or timekeeper!

On days you like a little more adventure you can head to nearby Shoal Bay (under 2km away) and rent a stand up paddle board or kayak, dine at the waterside restaurants or enjoy takeaway on the beach, grab a drink at the country club or trek up Tomaree Mountain for unbeatable views over the surrounding coastline.
