In this picturesque pocket of Port Stephens, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and stunning scenery while steering clear of the crowds – and if you do want to check out the activity at Nelson Bay, you're just a 5-minute drive away.
This waterfront house has been recently built and is architect designed for family holidays, boasting a unique seamless indoor/outdoor flow on both levels. The ground floor has air-conditioned open plan living with ceiling fans and a modern kitchen with dishwasher, Caffitaly coffee machine, oven, cooktop and microwave, which opens out to a spacious timber deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, just perfect for waterfront BBQ's. There is also a second, separate sitting room with 65cm flat screen TV and DVD player, and an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. WIFI is included.
The upper level has 4 bedrooms (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed & 2 king single beds), all with ceiling fans and with air-conditioning in the main and 2 other bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms with King beds open right out onto the glass-walled balcony so you have panoramic water views from your bed, and the master also offers an impressive ensuite where you can choose water views or privacy screens while you soak in the tub. There is also a main bathroom which offers another bath, shower and toilet. Brand new beds September 2022.

What a disappointment
Paid over $1,000 a night - no wi fi, tv hardly worked - says Foxtel 6 channels at best, hadn't been cleaned no toilet paper no hand soap, just revolting - someone had broken off door handle so you could not open - just appalling. Property managers not responsive

Kid friendly house - but no WIFI
we have now stayed here 8 times over the last 5 years and are currently making another 2 bookings and 1 already existing. always enjoy the house and the amenities and the kids have a great time.
a few pointers, tv is tiny, no wifi for the kids in the evening. windows regularly not clean and cobwebs in high ceilings not the best. my wife cleaned all the front windows at our last stay and always spends 2 hours when we get there cleaning and disinfecting toilets. PLEASE add wifi, we are happy to pay extra. yes its tranquil and we enjoy sitting there and relaxing, but today's day and age is wifi for the kids in the evening to keep them busy and for adults to relax.

Just Beautiful!
Have just returned home from a stay in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults. It is very spacious, with stunning views from nearly every room.

We had our whole family of 8 here for 4 nights to attend a 90th Birthday celebration in Nelson Bay.

Amazing views
We travelled with extended family from overseas. The house is magnificent and worked well with 7 guests. We ate outside and the views across the bay are something special. The downside was the traffic noise from Sandy Point Road. It starts early morning and continues well into the night - really detracted from what was otherwise a great stay.

Thank you for the feedback. We are commonly told that even at it's busiest Port Stephens is a quiet getaway from the traffic and noise of the city. It would be very rare that you would hear much traffic late at night or early morning (or at any time really).

Beautiful location
We had a great time at this house. Highly recommend it, especially the amazing sunset. We even say dolphins.
I would recommend they add more cleaning products in the house like tea towels, soap, washing detergent etc.
