This fabulous coastal property "Dunescape" offers panoramic views across rolling dunes, ocean vistas and breathtaking sunsets. Located on prestigious Rye Back Beach, architecturally designed, split level property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This exceptional position with an elevated aspect provides an abundance of natural light. Nearly every room in this property, including the bedrooms, has a "room with a view" - Absolutely Breathtaking!
But it doesn't stop there! The gorgeous pool has the best view of them all!

Comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests with an option to accommodate an 2 guests (1 or 2 small children only please - adults not permitted) on the sofa bed if bedding flexibility is required, this home is just perfect for extended family groups. With a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living zones, entertaining areas, viewing decks, a grassed lawn with trampoline, ropes course and swing and of course the shimmering pool, there is somewhere for everyone to enjoy.
The addition of a beautiful salt-water pool which is solar heated and set in the top half of the garden, will allow you to feel like you are at a resort, with its fabulous panoramic views.
On those cooler days, snuggle up inside with a book, by the gas fire, take in your surroundings with views of the pool and breathtaking scenery beyond.
The kids will be entertained for hours with the provision of toys, books and games, Foxtel IQ and even a telescope to star gaze in the evening.

Bedroom 1 - is the Master bedroom with a Queen Bed with Ensuite, air conditioner and television.
Bedroom 2 - includes a 1 x Double Bed with portable fan and ducted heating

There is also a central bathroom with a corner bath and shower overhead, with a toilet and vanity.

"Dunescape" is only a mere 1 hour, 30-minute drive from Melbourne's CBD and a whole world away from the mundane. Come and enjoy this very special part of the Mornington Peninsula. Start your day with a refreshing walk along the back beach, perfect for blowing away the cobwebs at any time of the year! Have breakfast on one of the numerous decks or escape to one of the hidden garden nooks with the gentle sounds of the ocean in the background. Visit a country market for fresh local produce, or peruse boutique shops at one of our nearby seaside villages. Book a game of golf at one of our premier golf courses (The Dunes, The National, Moonah Links, Sorrento, Portsea, or Flinders) . Perhaps an indulgent spa day at the Peninsula Hot Springs is more your style, only 5 minutes away! Fire up the BBQ and settle back to admire a magnificent sunset on the deck or by the pool, a glass of champagne in hand, an absolute entertainers paradise!

Relaxing stay
We had such an enjoyable stay at Dunescape. Many relaxing spaces to catch up or retreat. The space is much more open and spacious than it appears in the images, and the views, especially at sunrise and sunset, are beautiful. We were lucky to have amazing sunny weather but would have enjoyed the stay just as much without in this lovely space. Thank-you Verve Vacation Rentals for the fantastic experience.

- Impressively appointed to cater for a large group both in accommodation spaces, crockery & serving platters & boards, also notable appliances \r\n- downstairs bathroom, either tap noise or heated light fan - a bit unclear but something not right\r\n- also, water pressure if multiple showers used seems to drop dramatically \r\n- outside furniture was turned over to protect as some chairs were literally being blown away by the high winds on Sat night\r\n- x1 champagne glass broken\r\nThank you !

My family really enjoyed their stay!
The property looks so much better in person and has so many breathtaking views all around the house. Kids enjoyed the spacious area to play especially the backyard. Stay was great!

The home was amazing!
The view on New Years Eve over Arthurs Seat with the fireworks was simply breathtaking to bring in 2020 and the home itself was a fantastic size with the 4 families that stayed close to back beach and shops, yet super quiet.

Absolutely Stunning Location, Views and House
I have stayed in many Airbnb type locations in my travels around the world and I have to say Dunescape is up there as one of my favorite locations - the view is stunning almost 360 views of the Mornington Peninsula and Rye is a favorite teenage memory, coming here to surf and hang out - the restaurants and cafes have changed since my teenage years and for the better - long gone is the Aussie meat pie or chiko roll that we wolfed down after a surf but instead I was able to feast on delicious food at two of my now favorite cafes, Hunter and Wombat, which are only a short distance from the house.\r\nBut as I reminisce of my youth spent in Rye I am reminded that crawling out of a tent whilst it is nostalgic is not quite the same as waking to the stunning views that Dunescape provides and the house had everything we could have needed for a relaxing, fun and enjoyable weekend. Come Sunday I didn't want to leave and we look forward to returning in the spring/summer. \r\nLinda

Perfect getaway
Dunescape provided the perfect place for our annual getaway. The house is well laid out and very welcoming with plenty of room for our group. We felt we could really relax and enjoy all it has to offer, even the resident magpies who visited each morning on the deck. Booking and arranging everything with Verve was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, homely place with plenty of space!
Beautiful, homely place with plenty of space for large groups. The kitchen was well-equipped for home-cooked meals and the house stayed nice and warm in the middle of winter. Clear, easy communication. Note that the 'kid's room' with bunk beds does not have a door but is still reasonably private. I'd definitely stay here again!

Would definitely come back here again!
We stayed in this house with a group of 12. We wanted a great weekend away in a comfortable home close to the hot springs, wineries, beaches, and other local attractions. This house was absolutely perfect for this! It was also well equipped for making a fantastic meal and sitting around chatting over a wine, playing board games, and watching the sunset.

A great place to stay for a few days or a few weeks. A couple for a weekend or a family group celebrating a special occasion, it is a house for all seasons and moments.The landscape is striking and the house has a birds-eye view of it all and the sea sparkles in the distance. The house is equipped with everything a visitor might need.
