Welcome to Diggers Beach Surf House, a spacious, split level 5 bedroom Aussie beach house cocooned around a unique northerly aspect of privacy and calm. The perfect oasis for those special gatherings, wedding guests or a relaxing getaway for family and friends, and just a short walk to the beach. 

You will feel like you're in your own private resort with a 12m pool, outdoor shower, wraparound covered veranda and cooling sea breezes, all overlooking tropical gardens and adjoining a quiet bushland reserve where accompanying birdsong only enhances the serenity.

Living and entertainment space:
Guests are welcomed to a "wow" factor - a large main room comprising of a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area enhanced by vaulted ceilings, slate flooring and the warmth of timber shutters. Your family and friends will love the ambience of this room with its 12-seater dining table.

There are 2 spacious living rooms. The main lounge area has reverse cycle air-conditioning. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with a double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave and a pod coffee machine. We start you with all staple provisions such as milk, tea, coffee, Aldi coffee pods, sugar, salt and pepper, oils, glad wrap and much much more, so once you arrive you can just sit back and relax.

The comfortable TV room features a large screen TV, video library, games and children's toys.

The covered timber entertaining deck features a 10-seater table, casual lounge and a Weber gas BBQ. The deck overlooks the amazing 12m pool is a fabulous place to entertain or just sit back and relax. It captures both the winter sun and cool shade and breeze through the summer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
The home offers 5 bedrooms (one is wheelchair accessible) and 2.5 bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds, built-in robe and deck access
