The Location- Enjoy the northerly aspect overlooking the picturesque Noosa River from the sunny balcony. Close to the Quamby Place Shopping Centre with cafes, restaurants and shops and only a short flat walk to Hastings Street and Noosa Beach. Commodore has absolute water frontage with a large shared sunny swimming pool. Undercover security parking is available for each unit. This holiday apartments is in a small complex, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom and lounge overlooking the River.
The Unit – This apartment offers 3 Bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 Single) and 2 Bathroom (including ensuite) that comfortably sleeps 5.
Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Don't forget to bring your favourite Pods with you! This also offers convenience with full laundry facilities.
Entertainment includes a 50 inch Smart TV & DvD player. Now with Free NBN Wifi.
The property has a ducted air conditioning except the 3rd bedroom. There are also ceiling fans and a sunny balcony with views. All on One Level - first floor.
Single lock up garage is available but not suitable for SUVs or similar large vehicles.
Please be aware that there is NO jetty or pontoon for the mooring of boats at this property nor is there any direct water access - use of the jetty in front of the Aqua Linea complex is strictly prohibited
Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the first floor and only has stair access - as with most complexes in Noosa, there is stair access only in this complex - there is no lift access

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents etc. ( to get you through your first night ) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm.

Our final Noosa break
We have stayed in this unit twice yearly for over 10 years as we always enjoy our visit.We were booked for May & Sep. 2020 and were able to change to May 2021 Owners are always generous with extras. Sadly this time a stay in Noosa Hospital affected our break and we received great backup from management.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
