Step into your own private oasis as you enter from the front stairs where the spacious interior provides complete chilled vibes and convenience all on one level, allowing you to unwind & recharge while on holiday in Noosa.
The main bedroom features a King bed with ensuite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms also on this level (1 x Queen, 1 x set of King Single bunks) as well as the main bathroom featuring a bathtub & walk in shower. The 4th bedroom is a separate studio located through a door out onto the balcony on the same level with 2 x King Single Bunks.
COCO’s highlight is its beautiful pool and entertaining area that beckons you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the water’s edge on a sun bed. With ample space around the pool to relax you won’t want to leave, however if you do, you will find the beach is only a hop skip and jump away.
COCO is less than a 5-minute walk to Castaways Beach, where you can enjoy beautiful beach walks through to the neighbouring patrolled dog friendly Sunrise Beach. When you return to COCO there is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before enjoying more of the beautiful outdoor space.
For those that love to cook Coco’s outdoor pizza oven and fully equipped undercover outdoor kitchen is perfect for creating delicious gourmet meals under the open sky. As the sun sets gather around the fire pit & let the crackling flames create a cozy atmosphere.

Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:
- Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
- Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.
If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
- Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
- Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
- Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
