Located in the heart of the golden circle that is South Lorne, Charleston sits nestled between the gums offering a private, elegant and somewhat understated slice of the Great Ocean Road and Otway National Park.

Architecturally designed to afford its guests a multitude of private indoor and outdoor living spaces, bedrooms are set across 3 levels to ensure maximum privacy. Living areas bask in natural sunlight through lofted ceiling windows and overlook multiple decks, gardens and the sparkling waters of Louttit Bay.

Beyond the formal entry, internal stairwells meander through the house accessing separate kitchen, dining, living and sleeping quarters. No expense has been spared on furnishings, with quality and elegance throughout.

Atop a long list of features, the main dining and lounge area has bifold doors opening onto a spacious, double-tiered deck area. Other features include air-conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with marble stone benchtops, a wine fridge and Gaggenau appliances, plus a Smart TV, pool table and double carport. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
