The views are spectacular from the back door of this spacious light and airy 2 bedroom home. The kitchen, dining, living area is all open plan which is ideal for entertaining with a lovely deck wrapping around the rear of the house overlooking the spectacular view. The back yard is fenced and flat and lots of room for the kids to play.
The kids will also be extremely happy with an extra TV set up downstairs in the garage to play all their games while the parents can relax in peace and quiet upstairs. There is even room for the boat as well as the car in the tandem garage. The property is in a perfect location close to Mollymook beach, park, cafes and golf course. What more could you want!
Property has a strict 'no party policy' and all guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.

Under-utilised potential. bad furniture
Simple house and could be really nice but unfortunately there has been no investment or upkeep in furnishings. Couches are unusable and so uncomfortable it really impacted the enjoyment of our holiday. Beds are old and average, bed coverings are pretty gross. Carpet is pretty smashed and could be redone or replaced. Fridge ices up and is in bad shape. Kitchen is simple but functional. Nice view off the deck and nice big yard.
Probably better value out there.
Coffee pod machine was good.

Surprisingly Great Property
We booked this property last minute as the original property we were looking at was booked. The 2 bedroom house is clean and tidy and surprisingly big, we are a family of 4 and it suited us fine. The backyard was great for cricket and the garage was good for playing darts and doing exercise out of the summer heat! The laundry was fantastic too. Only suggestion would be to update the lounges as they were a little uncomfortable. Even bringing own linen was not a bother. Location was perfect short drive to local shops and Mollymook Beaches where we enjoyed great bodyboarding for our young kids, we were also a short drive to Milton and Ulladulla which we enjoyed.

Great holiday house
Great location and great house. Guess this says it all. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and enjoy a beach holiday
