This stylish coastal home can accommodate up to 8 guests in absolute comfort. It includes 4 bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a main bathroom with a double shower and a bath for the kids. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs with a double bed.
The large, bright and airy open plan living area consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas oven and a dining and lounge area that flows out to an enormous deck overlooking the garden. A reverse cycle air conditioner and combustion wood fire offer year-round comfort. The yard is fully fenced with a sandpit for the children and a herb garden offering fresh rosemary, thyme and oregano if you wish to dine in.
You are just a convenient 6-minute walk to the local Mollymook shops including IGA, bakery, deli, café, pharmacy, bottle shop, and newsagency, plus Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill for great dining and cocktails.
There is plenty to entertain the kids – pack your snorkels, kayaks and surfboards, bring your hiking shoes and climb the famous Pigeon House Mountain, visit the Clyde River Berry Farm and pick your own berries from December-January, check out the shops at Ulladulla or visit historic Milton which is only a 5-minute drive and browse antique shops, art galleries and trendy cafés and restaurants. Golfers have the choice between one of the more scenic 9-hole courses on the coast or the challenging 18-hole championship Hilltop course.

Beautiful home. Lorikeets eating out of my hand
The house was perfectly setup as a beach house. Well equipped and comfortable.
Need a TV in the main room.

Worked out perfectly with my sons wedding at Cupids Winery. Nice and close to that and everything one could ask for.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Had all you would need. Walking distance to some cafes and supermarket.
