Located only seconds to the beach, shops and Merry Street Restaurant & Bar, you can hang up the car keys - and, it is pet friendly! The living area, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms are upstairs, with decks both front and rear (rear with gas Bbq) . Downstairs offers the laundry, table tennis table and extra shower and toilet. The property is also fully fenced for your family's security and enjoyment.
Kioloa is a beautiful, quiet seaside town surrounded by water, bushland and spectacular national parks, and is just minutes to some of the best beaches, lakes and fishing spots on the NSW Coast. Adventurous activity options include a visit to Bawley Vale Estate Winery to sample their award-winning wine, while the children are entertained by a range of farm animals including alpacas, deer and sheep; and for the young and the young at heart, a visit to the Mogo Wildlife Park is a must - take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the only white lions in Australia! While at Mogo, take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town Gold Rush Theme Park, where you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel and check out the digger's camp, or simply enjoy a picnic by the lake.

Great location and wonderful widlkife - kangaroos & birds, however ill fitting flyscreens donot keep out the mozzies

Best location, very comfortable accommodation.
We spent two weeks at this very comfortable home only a stone's throw from Merry Beach.
The house is very well equipped with fantastic kitchen equipment (sharp knives, plenty of saucepans and a rice cooker!) and an impressive collection of DVDs.The area is quiet with two fabulous beaches within walking distance. The walk over the cliffs to Pretty Beach is well worth doing. We brought our two dogs who had great time surfing the waves and kangaroo watching from the spacious back deck.This was a real find - we will be back.

The Simple Life
Neat and tidy with all the basic items you need for a coast holiday. The back yard was great for the dogs but the back face needs to be upgraded to stop small dogs from escaping. You will get visits from the local kangaroos. Just note their is NO mobile service you will need to take a short trip to the boat ramp for service. We enjoyed our stay.
