Bluetopia is located in a beautiful quiet street and set back off the road and only footsteps to the National Park trails. Framed by native Moonahs, this beachside property sits perfectly in its coastal landscape. An abundance of light infiltrates the interiors, which are anchored by polished solid timber flooring. Tastefully decorated to enhance the seaside ambiance. Perfect for entertaining with numerous options to choose from, including an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the solar heated pool and backyard. This property is ideal for a couple of families or small groups. Ideally located ten minutes walk from the iconic Number 16 Beach, cafe, and general store. You can meander along the walking trails that line the dunes and surf beaches, dine at the local restaurants and cafes, or indulge yourself at the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs just a few minute's drive away.
* Living *
A massive front deck allows sunlight to drench the main living zone with high ceilings adding to the feeling of space. The fantastic open plan lounge/dining with stunning kitchen features a large waterfall island bench and is equipped with all the latest appliances including coffee machine and filtrated water tap. You will find another living zone, games/entertainment area located at the back of the house, just perfect for the kids or adults wanting some solitude. This is also one of three access points to the rear deck, running the entire width of the property, which is equipped with sun-lounges, a gas barbeque, and a 9 piece al fresco dining suite. Modern and tastefully decorated throughout gives this property a contemporary, yet relaxed vibe - making it the perfect beachside getaway!

Bluetopia comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with an option to accommodate an additional 2 guests, ideally children, on a futon mattress in the back entertaining room.
Bedroom 1 - the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in robe, and modern spacious ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - overlooking the pool with a Queen size bed, built-in robe, and direct access to the pool and rear deck.
Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x Sets of Bunks, built-in robe - fabulous for the kids!
A spacious, modern & sleek central bathroom facilitates the remaining bedrooms, including a large vanity and bath. For your convenience, an adjoining toilet provides that extra privacy also.
Other features include a double carport which accommodates two vehicles with plenty of parking space for a boat or jet-ski. Fully fenced backyard, so ideal for small children to run around in or a pet (subject to owner approval) . Ducted heating throughout, split system air-conditioning in the living, along with high-powered Vornado fans in each room, make this property the perfect beachside getaway any time of the year!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR A RELAXING BREAK!
We had such a fantastic stay at Bluetopia, we did not want to leave! The house was spotless and spacious, and a lovely space to relax. Garden and pool were very well maintained.\r\nExcellent location - we loved the easy access to the beach walking tracks. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Very spacious!
House was very spacious and accommodation good. Very well kitted out and everything needed for a the break was provided. Pool area needs some attention; (weeding between the slabs, for example) and area within pool fence required sweeping on arrival. On the whole a great holiday retreat and would return. Good service and communication with Verve. We leave with good memories.

Fantastic property and location. Well managed.
The property was perfect, clean and well appointed in every aspect. Really easy to enjoy for the week we were there, close to a cafe and minutes walk to amazing back beach tracks. Very pet friendly and secure, had no issues what so ever. Will be coming back again many times during the year.

Fantastic Value!
Verve were wonderful and very helpful. The booking process was very easy and information was very clear. The property was very clean. Bluetopia was very comfortable to stay in, in a wonderful and quiet location. Fantastic value! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are about to book again for next year. The house was wonderful and the owners have really taken care to ensure you have all you need.
