Blairgowrie Retreat has a fabulous design with 2 distinct living zones. The back zone comprises a gorgeous open lounge room with Smart TV including Netflix, gas log fireplace, dining for 8, and a stunning kitchen offering the latest in modern design and appliances. Flowing onto the alfresco deck complete with outdoor setting, market umbrella, and BBQ, which overlooks a tranquil bush setting. Perfect for entertaining family and friends, as well as soaking up the sunshine. Adjacent to the lounge rooms is an open plan Study/Office for those wanting to keep in touch with emails or for those teens keeping in touch with social media. A further living zone is located at the front of the property perfect for those wanting to curl up and read the newspaper. Also, an ideal Lounge/Entertainment room for the kids complete with widescreen TV including DVD games, etc.

There are 3 bedrooms in total, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 2 additional children, all tastefully decorated and offer built-in robes.

Complimented with state-of-the-art audiovisual and sound system including soundbar with ceiling speakers in the main living room and the outside deck area. This allows guests to play their own personal playlist music via Bluetooth connectivity via their mobile devices. It also has a new Blue Ray DVD player in the main living area providing the ultimate entertainment. Plus it has a fully fenced landscaped garden and it backs onto Stringer Road Reserve, which is accessible via a gate in the back fence with free access to Stringer Reserve tennis courts. Perfect for kicking the footy, playing a game of cricket and it also has 4 asphalt tennis courts. All this right at your backdoor, plus an outdoor shower! Fantastic accommodation!
Fantastic accommodation. Arrived to the house at night. Lights, heating and fire were all on. A fantastic arrival. Clean and comfortable. \r\nWe have been incredibly impressed. The bedding was beautiful. Lovely gesture of wine. I will go out of our way to stay with Verve again! Well done on exceptional service!

This house is beautiful!
This house is beautiful. Even better than the pictures show. It is clean, modern and homely. The driveway has a steep incline, and may not suit all types of car, however the house is worth it. We all enjoyed your stay, and would not hesitate booking this property again.
