Bella Vista offers a number of living zones, making this the ideal holiday house. Allowing guests the opportunity to have their own privacy and escape for some solitude if need be and an array of sensational entertaining and dining options to choose from.
The upstairs living zone is definitely the highlight of the property with magnificent bay views, stunning open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, gorgeous coastal style decor, polished timber floors, state of the art kitchen boasting a stone waterfall island bench with 5 bar stools, and an extendable dining setting for 8 - 12 guests depending on your needs. Gorgeous open fireplace with a stone surround, comfy modular lounges, television, and sound system.
This flows out onto the outdoor deck/alfresco dining area via glass bi-fold doors, creating an illusion of seamlessness between indoor/outdoor living zones. Truly an entertainers haven, simply sit back with a drink and savour the view or cook up a storm on the barbeque, complete with an outdoor setting for 8-10 guests.
Downstairs you have a spacious living/entertainment zone that opens up onto the large wrap-around deck, just perfect for sitting back and enjoying the magnificent view. This living zone is a haven for kids or entertaining with a large pool table and bar, including a sink and bar fridge. Gorgeous comfy lounge, television, sound system, and again beautifully furnished in a coastal, casual manner.

Bella Vista comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a very flexible bedding configuration. Offering guests the versatility to choose what bedding they would prefer, with the option of 3 bedrooms being made up as King rooms or Twin rooms.

Beautiful house with an amazing view of the bay and easy access to beach / shops / amenities. Very well designed that we all fit comfortably and areas for everyone to spread out!! It has all you need and we had to take very little to enjoy it completely\r\n\r\nAn amazing house with very high quality finishes so you felt you were in a 5 star hotel........

A truely luxury
The house is a true speciman of luxury from design to fittings to cutlery and crockery provided. its the quality that matters and the details the owner has gone to in providing comfort. The wooden floor makes it easy to keep clean especially in a group setting, the heating is simply amazing, very digital and even though the house is quite spaciaous the heating is superb. well located in close proximity to the beach and I even waked to the beach every morning for photography. Great place.

Nice property but beds an issue
Bella vista was a nice property, loved the views and spacious entertaining areas. Only read downside were the beds. They were all too hard! I mean really hard! I tossed and turned till around 2 or 3 am every night before I could fall asleep bc of the discomfort! Not worth going back if you can\\'t get any sleep! Some slept on the couches! Would only consider returning, if soft mattress \\'toppers\\' were purchased for beds. Also, a mirror in each bedroom would have been nice.

As soon as you walk in this property has the wow factor not only for the spectacular views but also the light and airy feel of the home. Great for large groups and families and well appointed with everything you need for a holiday. Will definitely be back.

Simply STUNNING view!
Aside from this property having a WOW factor, the minute you walk through the front door, everything is clean, fresh and professionally styled, all amenities are at your disposal with an amazing FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen. The BEST PART of this property, is the simply STUNNING View. Highly recommend, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (ensuite included), pool table and heaps of separate areas throughout the house, makes for an affordable and spacious option for maximum capacity of 12 people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The best holiday house we have ever experienced!
Our three generation family had an enjoyable week in this beautiful house. The accommodation provided is first class and the well-equipped kitchen was the centre for many lovely meals. The younger ones would have liked a pool or spa but still found plenty to do. The separate downstairs living area was great for play station and snooker. Drinks and meals on the deck watching the ships sail by was sheer delight. The best holiday house we have ever experienced!
