Iconic Narrawallee Beach is just a short 200m walk.

It is just 1.5km - a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk - to Rick Stein's Bannisters restaurant, and 3.5km or 6-minute drive to historic Milton for boutique shopping. Mollymook Golf Club is just over 3km or a 5-minute drive from the house and there are also National Parks nearby.

The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen beach house provides flexibility and comfort for families and couples. The whole property is very adaptable for families with grandparents, providing separate space and privacy.

Top Level
With 3 bedrooms upstairs and a spacious main living area, this is a wonderful place to relax. The open plan living area has a TV, DVD player and stereo with Bluetooth. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Beach Break's quality furniture has mid-century character, and guests are provided with quality linen and towels.

Relax on the upstairs balcony with a glass of wine or a coffee or while preparing dinner on the BBQ and enjoy the view across to Narrawallee Beach.

Ground Floor
Downstairs provides a private escape with the fourth bedroom featuring its own living area with TV, DVD player and books, plus a kitchenette, 2-seater dining table, study area with a desk and a luxe bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, cooktop and kettle.

Expansive glass doors open up to the large rear deck surrounded by lawn and mature trees. Enjoy relaxed afternoons out on the deck soaking up the sunshine on the sun lounges or sitting at the 8-seater outdoor table under the sun shade. The lush, green yard is securely fenced and dog friendly. There is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, one in the carport and one in the driveway.
